A legacy of flavor: my culinary journey
My journey into the culinary world began with my father, my greatest inspiration. A chef in Cuba, his passion for cooking lives on through me every day. From the age of five, Sundays were spent by his side in the kitchen, shaping not just my skills but my understanding of food as culture, family, tradition, and love. Those early lessons, more profound than any culinary school, taught me that food is truly an expression of the heart.

The essence of Cuban cuisine: my culinary signature
After years as a restaurant chef, I realized I wanted to pour my creativity into something of my own. Becoming a private chef gave me the freedom to connect personally with guests and bring my unique vision directly to the table. My cooking style is a unique balance of classical French training and the bold flavors and soulful essence of my Cuban heritage. I particularly love creating Cuban cuisine, as it represents culture, passion, history, and tradition on a single plate. I strive to showcase the unique flavors, techniques, and identity of Latin cuisine, highlighting its rich diversity.

Cooking with heart: skills honed over decades
What special skills do I bring to the kitchen? It all starts with a true love and passion for what I do. With over 37 years of cooking experience, I've not only mastered technique and consistency but also learned to cook with heart. My classical training, combined with decades of hands-on experience and my Cuban roots, allows me to create dishes that are both refined and deeply soulful. This unique blend ensures that every meal is an unforgettable experience.
"When people experience my food, I want it to bring them back to a simpler time—sitting around the dinner table as kids, surrounded by family, laughter, and comfort."
